Project Consulting & Support

We care about your project. We really do.

  • If we ask you questions about your home, your lifestyle or your aesthetic preferences, it’s because we want to get to know you, and share what we know about tile.
  • If we ask for project plans, images of your space or details about your flooring, countertops or fixtures, it’s because we want you to get the tile right.
  • And if, at the end of your project we ask for photos of the finished product, it’s because we want to see how it turned out.

We are grateful that you have chosen Shadow Tile, and we care that you have a great experience. We can’t wait to get started!

Getting started with a project consultant:

Use the form below to contact our project support team. Include a brief description of your project and a convenient time to arrange a consultation. We will get back to you soon to confirm and schedule your session. We are looking forward to working with you.

All of our project consultants are experienced in tile applications. Many are professional designers themselves and are proficient in the use of 3D visualization tools to demonstrate the tile layout details required to solve special conditions unique to your project.

There is no charge for the first consultation session. Additional sessions or project design services can be discussed at that time. Our goal to ensure that you feel totally prepared when tile installation begins and thoroughly satisfied with the final outcome.

We normally schedule our consultation appointments between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST and a normal session should last around 45 minutes.

Large or other feature projects require a lot of attention to detail. What could be a daunting design task becomes an accessible reality as we guide you through design options to make your feature space exactly how you want it.

Please share any available project plans, images of the space and other details that would be useful to prepare for our consultation. Plan and image files can be attached to the project form or sent directly to
